Troubleshooting#

  • Login issues: verify CTAO IAM config, callback URL, cookie flags, and server time sync

  • CORS errors: check Access-Control-Allow-Origin and app origins settings

  • Blank map or charts: ensure API responses include expected fields; check browser console

  • OPUS job stuck: confirm service availability and token validity; retry with smaller inputs
